Today, I finally weighed myself after going on a strict diet of only fruits, vegetables, and coffee. I gained weight. FML

do you know how many calories are in fruits? if you cut out bread, dairy, meats, and only drink water and of course exercise, you should lose weight. i know someone who lost like 40 pounds doing that. p90x is also great for weight lose. i know a guy who lost at least 100 pounds on it. weight watchers also works great.

some bodies can process the sugars in fruits better than others. maybe try the atkins.

Its not just what you eat, it's exercise too. Try mixing a balanced diet with daily exercise. Hope this helps.

Stop hating on coffee, it's the best way to lose weight, just drink it black. Fruit is awesome too. Keep going, muscle > fat

You still need more carbs try potatoes and other tubers/ root veggies, plus diet isn't the only thing you need to exercise and eat food at the right time at right proportions

You can easily get the right amounts of protein and iron without meat. Try looking it up sometime. If you are on here, you obviously have the internet; you have the internet, use F'ing Google. Also, if she is drinking black coffee, she is probably trying to poop out the weight.

I recommend doing research before any strict diet. Common sense.

Food is food. You're not going to lose weight by simply changing your diet. You need to exercise as well.
