Today, I finally went running to help me start losing weight. I got 50 metres before someone in a passing car shouted out "Run fatty, run". I can't work up the courage to go for a run again. FML

Hey OP, If you're really interested in losing some serious weight send me a PM, I do a few things including a short workout routine (I don't eat super healthy) and I've lost 15lbs in a month no lie, I can send u pictures of me 3 months ago and now. Best of luck in your weight loss, don't worry about what ppl say to you, its not important, its what you feel about yourself inside that matters. Have a positive spirit and if you have that drive to achieve your weight loss success then only focus on that and don't let jerks and morons distract you or get you down. J

don't eat after 8 ma fat friend did and he lost like 10 pounds in a month, add that to eating healthy and working out 4 u and ull be good by july
