Hey OP, If you're really interested in losing some serious weight send me a PM, I do a few things including a short workout routine (I don't eat super healthy) and I've lost 15lbs in a month no lie, I can send u pictures of me 3 months ago and now. Best of luck in your weight loss, don't worry about what ppl say to you, its not important, its what you feel about yourself inside that matters.
