So this is actually the second $100 bill I have found. The first was two years ago. My mom said she's taking the money because she drove me to the store where I found it in the parking lot. There was nobody around and it was in an empty parking spot.

Really? You are going to complain about having $60 that did not belong to you? It is neither of yours and you could have turned it in to the police. They take and hold cash for so long. If it is unclaimed you can have it. Sometimes the officers will tell you to keep it depending on what they think. If it is counterfeit, the person could have left it to see what you would do....
