The neighbour in question was male. No he was not naked (thank god). When he noticed me he just ran off back to his house.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Or maybe epilepsy. A friend of mine has epilepsy and when she had her first fit she kinda went nuts... friends found her on the floor making paper hats and she had no idea who she was or where she was.

#64 I'm sorry but that had me laughing for a good second. Sorry about your friend. I suffer from seizures as well. I've found that in time the medicine has erased some of my memory which such all together.
