Obviously YDI. They can't just up and evict you for no reason. Either you violated the contract, or are just a horrible tenant. If it was time to renew your lease it's still your own fault for not keeping up with it or bothering to ask questions of the owner. Stop whining, every person on the face of the planet has a birthday, it's really not a special day. Go find a new apartment and move the hell on with your life.
