Today, I'm being evicted from my apartment for not paying rent. My father is the on-site landlord, meaning I now have to move my stuff downstairs into his place, and hear every day how I'm a failure. FML

There are many other reasons that just 'not paying rent' that someone can be evicted. Like, if they have a month to month agreement and the renter decides to move into the place or rent out to someone new. If your not in a lease, sometimes you can get screwed over.
