Is your dad trying to invent an animal masturbator to replace the money your is spending on that cult?
the money that your mom is spending*
Then she is doing it wrong. A visit to the ethics officer of the church or ORG she's doing the courses should handle that fast + get you the money back. Some of you have really stupid remarks about smthing that you probl did not even 1'st handed experienced.don't want to live on this planet anymore
So, the actual Scientology counselors who have come forward on this issue are also people who "don't have first-handed experience"? Because some of them have had quiiiite a bit to say on the subject of how people are encouraged to keep paying for their courses. (The term is "first-hand", by the way. Do you have "first-handed" experience with English? If not, my apologies for picking on you about it)
My English is fine, thank you (my phone ****** me with the comment) ;-) It's unfortunate that you misread my comment. I pointed out that some other people here posted quite ignorant remarks about something THEY have no first-hand experience with. I don't blame them, but I also think it's unnecessary for them to attack something they don't know about. People who pay for Scientology courses make an exchange for the knowledge they get. Scientology is a non-governmental institution, in order for them to continue running their programs (check their site if you don't know what I mean) they do Need money. Unfortunately nothing is free in this world. :-)
Probably going to look at Tom Cruise
Oh, Scientology. Why don't we pay 500 dollars so we can get into a religion that believes an alien was shot out of a volcano and it's body parts blasted all over the universe? It makes as much sense as Wicca does. But seriously, if she wants to believe in that, fine, but don't steal. I don't think the alien's spirit would "appreciate" that.
At least shes not buyin drugs with it
Get her away from that place ASAP. All joking aside, she could actually be in any one of many types of danger. I don't know if it is still up(because the Church has tried to have it removed many times in many ways, but there was a website called "Operation Clambake" that exposes a great deal on how Scientology operates. I wish you all the best in stopping her.

Calling it a religion is a bit of a stretch.
