It is probably period blood or the end of her period. it turns to a dullish red-brown color after awhile. I cannot believe no one got that. How likely is it that she shat her pants?

it could be dried menstrual blood. like she wasnt expecting her period one day and the stain stayed even after she washed them. fyl because of ur boyfriend. but the underwear is a totally different story
