Today, I found out that my mom screams like a dying monkey while having sex. Even with my music turned up all the way, I can still hear her through our paper thin walls. FML

You know, you could always talk to her about keeping it down, as awkward as that may sound. If that doesn't work, try ear plugs. I'm unfortunately living in an all Freshmen dorm ( it was the only place that offered me a single) and ever since I started using earplugs, I've been able to restore my sanity. They really /do/work wonders. Give them a try.

Sadly, my mom is the same way, and I can't say a thing about it, because she doesn't care. She's way too open about her sex life. I recommend good earbuds and loud metal music, OP.

We use the term "automoderator" for people clicking "yes" and "no" in the public moderation system. It avoids confusion.
