Same thing different taste

Today, I found a tiny, featherless baby bird. I knew it was impossible, but I tried to keep it alive through the day. Before I could get it to the wildlife center, it died, and when I got all choked up over it, my mom started laughing at me and saying how "weak" I was. FML

I was wondering how long before someone commented on that. Same story and everything. Bird flew into window and one guy was so emotional about it he forced everyone else to a "funeral" for it.

By the end of that movie, I came to hate both Owen Wilson and the dog. When the dog died, I was glad to get the hell out of that movie. And I'm not heartless, I've cried when I've had to put my own dogs to sleep.

don't be so distant from nature. I think holding a funeral is a nice and spiritual way of saying goodbye to a bird that found its death because of something you have.
