I think that op means that the boy she has loved from afar for a long time finally asked her out and it has been two weeks, or maybe she just doesn't know what love is.

Based on the nature of his bet, I'd wager you're in middle school, meaning you have no idea what love is. So, you'll be fine, and you'll be over it in a month or so, moved on to some other 'love'.
