My sister did that when we were little. It was a "dog raisin". We thought she busted her lip from all the blood. I think she ate a caterpillar too. lol
Do you mean a dog tick? Deer ticks are flat, hard, usually brown and spotted with red or white. Dog ticks are the darker ones that get round and fat. Although dog ticks are more gray when full. Not sure how either could be confused with a jellybean. I guess you eat gray squishy jellybeans.
Um - don't you mean a _gray_ jelly bean? If they're full, they are plump and about the size of a jelly bean, but turn gray as they fill and stretch.
