Well, if you like him, then I guess IRS a good thing the ball told him to. You're probably an attractive girl and were intimidating to ask out. He was afraid of rejection and he used the result of the app as the small confidence booster he needed to talk to you. Be grateful!

I said yes, and I was pleased as everybody seemed to be taking pictures. Soon, I realized why: my skirt was tucked into my underwear.
