Today, I found out why my girlfriend of 8 months has never agreed to stay the night before. Now I have a 4-month old mattress that needs replacing, and a 23-year-old bedwetter for a girlfriend. FML

Meanwhile, somewhere else on FML. "Today I felt comfortable enough with my boyfriend to stay the night with him in spite of an embarrassing problem. I did it because he kept pressuring me. dude my best friend has bed wettin problems and has tried every trick in the book to try and stop it! it can't be helped you obviously cant be called a decent boyfriend for one posting her secret on here, 2 takin the mic and 3 believin shes stupid for it!

that must be so horrible for her but then if after one night she ruined the mattress with her bedwetting, then what, does she buy a new mattress every day? i'm guessing not...so even though its not her fault, she should have told you beforehand so you can do something about it! but fyl? f her life more like!

im sorry, but none, absolutely NONE of the fmls have offended me or made me angry in any way shape or form. except this one. i have had bladder infections ever since i was 2. i also have had severe problems with bedwetting. i used to not be able to go my friends parties and had to make up lies to why i couldnt go. i now have another infection, but this one could kill me. how do u know if it isnt medical? i bet she is totally MORTIFIED! i hope SHE dumps YOU. you are one son of a bitch for spreading this. do u think about her feelings at all?! jerk

I think your girlfriend is lying to you about her age. Stop picking up chicks at the local elementary school. ;D On a more serious note, she really should have warned you before hand. There's things you can do to protect a mattress. Also, really, you can clean a mattress, and you're overreacting and wasting a TON of money by throwing it out. Have her clean it, or help you clean it. And for the love of god, do not let her suffer in silence! There's tons of help out there, from pills to therapy.
