@ #42 - i bet you're one of these people that has 200 "friends" that don't actually like you. having 8 close friends is A LOT.

you should probaley know how many friends you have befor you buy the invitations. Also, it's pretty sad that you only have 8 friends. ;]

Well you can always see what strangers will come

I have had many goign aways for ever parties ( lol I move around a lot ) and there is nothing you will remember most than a party with a few close friends... I had a couple that were pretty much like a hige party...they were good, but felt just like any other party... not worth it...being the last time I will see this people... seeing how there were like 10 people who I saw once... and 6 that I really liked and some other 20 people who I talk to once in a while. In reality most people only have around 5 close friends.

Most people only have a few friends who are worth anything and would fill the other 92 spots with people they don't really like but have to be nice to anyway, or don't know that well, etc. etc. Real life isn't Facebook or Myspace, and this isn't that surprising.

8 good friends makes you way happier than having 38 sort-of-friends that aren't a consistent positive in your life. also, dont forget about old friends, work friends, acquaintances, family and family friends...and you might be able to add a few to your list.
