I have 300 facebook friends, but only about 10-15 friends that i'd invite to a party.

Agree with #1 and #2. I can't tell you how many people talk to me because I'm 'cool' or because I throw pretty good parties and they wanna be invited. Having your best friends around totally beat having strangers ruin your fun any day. Besides at big parties its way harder to keep track of who drank what and whos driving drunk. 8 friends is a lot of friends! I've NEVER had that many friends at one time! The most I've had is 2. What do you need a bazillion friends for anyways?

I could easily have a hundred friends right now, but I can barely keep track of the ones I do have. I'd rather have one or two good friends, than a hundred borderline acquaintances.

awwww! Is very sad the way you say it... but, is not necessary to have a lot of friends to feel good and loved... i, for instance, would have 200 left over... and im not sad about it!! :)
