If they did that to you, it wasn't the right job to be in. They could've been a lot worse and made you unhappy once you were in the job. Keep looking!

That sounds like it hurt, maybe it's for the best though! Something better will come through and you'll be able to brag about your dream job.

Sorry to hear OP. I'm on the job hunt too and they led me to believing I had nailed the interview then gave the job to someone else. So know exactly how you feel. Here's hoping there's much better out there for both of us :)

It is better to find out you don't have a job before you start it than after.
