Parking enforcement agents AND ninjas? Like I didn't already dread their terrible presence! That's almost nightmare worthy. Avoid the danger (and the fines!) by zoning out somewhere legal in the future perhaps.

Agree, if this is the level of attention you pay to your surroundings you must be horrible to deal with on the road. Maybe it's best if you just burn the car, pretend it was stolen and never drive again.
