Would you really want to work for an organization that sends an email full of formatting errors and bad code? Your life would be a nightmare.
Take them the email in person, explain to the hiring manage all the errors and how they can be fixed, and tell them that's the reason they NEED you.
do not even think about it
Maybe it was just a clever way to tell you that you weren't qualified.
Hypocrites
Send them back a corrected version for them to blow out their ass
Coeection, you weren't qualified for IT!
under-qualified are THEY for telling OP that he was under-qualified.
send them a rejection letter of their rejection letter and say you'll show up tomorrow
Keywords
Fix the errors, send it back. Maybe they'll reconsider!
Hold on, let me go buy Rosetta Stone for that.
