Reply emails (if you even get one) are one of the biggest slaps in the face of jobsearching. I'd spend a good hour or two tweaking my CV and writing a cover letter, then get a reply back starting "Hi" - no punctuation - and a link to an expired application process.
reply with it corrected, duh
You're obviously better off looking for a job elsewhere..........who wants to work with morons like that?
It could always be a test... Show the initiative and show them how to fix it
in a lot of industries, you fail upwards. save yourself the hassle of working there.
i would correct the errors and the typos and send them back to them..
If you fix the errors, don't just send it back to them, walk it up to their management yourself. If you send it back the guy that turned you down will just steal your work or throw it out.
at least they tell you straight up you arent qualified instead of replacing you 1 month after you start to get good at your job

Fix the errors, send it back. Maybe they'll reconsider!
Hold on, let me go buy Rosetta Stone for that.
