Same with me- boyfriend told me to try the beta (I was dead-set against paying monthly for a GAME), got instantly hooked. Four years later, my boyfriend and I are still playing WoW together when we can't be together IRL. Turned out to be a great thing for us! ^^

Ive played since it came out. I went through that addiction phase, spent my days and nights endlessly on it, then I took a 6 month hiatus and got a social life. I still play, but I'm Also keep my social life stable. All in all, it's good for a rainy day and a back up for when nothings going on. Nothing wrong here.

I wasted my whole freshman year playing WoW. I quit after 9th grade. It took me till the summer after 10th grade to make a decent amount of friends and become fairly popular among my peers
