The way I interpret this is that the girlfriend is trying to convince OP that there is nothing going on between her and the best friend, to the point that she's confident that the best friend won't have any sort of sexual reaction to her stripping and wants to prove it to OP. I don't think it's got anything to do I with any sort of fantasy on her part, more trying to prove a point. I still don't think OP should agree to it though!
