ask somebody for a loan... if they won't give you any money, i would choose electric, i mean you can always go to a gym or something and take a shower there, and then eat out or with disposable plates... you can always stay away from your house as much as possible, so you can use the bathroom and such anywhere else...

Go with Electricity. You can shower at a friends house adn fill up water jugs and stuff for dishes and cooking. I lived like that for an entire winter. Sucks, but its not the end of the world. And dumping water down the toilet flushes it.

Electricity. Without it, you won't have heat or be able to cook. Also, I'm pretty sure that electricity is involved in obtaining hot water. Perhaps you could work a bit more and rearrange your budget to get both?

Pay the water!!! You can't live without water!!! You can make do without electricity by using flashlights and stuff. Unless you live somewhere really cold and you lose your heat when you lose your electricity!!! Then, pay that and take sponge baths with bottled water!!! Good luck with your dilemna!!!!!

i would rather have the electricity cuz you can always go over to a friends house and take a shower over there if they say yes of course but that is pretty bad im srry
