Well with her being a teenager and all and a girl the most he could have done is try to restrain her from a distance, otherwise for some reason this girl could call out rape or claim he's trying to mug her and turn it all around on him. If it was a boy he probably would have been within his rights to at least defend himself. Another thing is it's nice to see the youth of this country finding employment any way they can.
