Today, I got my phone fixed and the lady who was working on it somehow resent all the old text messages in my outbox. One was to my ex saying, "I love you." FML

Today, I got a text from a number I didn’t recognize that said, "I miss you." Assuming it was my mom and her new phone, I replied, "Miss you too, love you!" Turns out it was my new boss, checking to see if I’d be able to work an extra shift. Even though it was her text that was badly worded, I'm now known as the person who declared her love to the boss. Even if the OP explains that it's an old text, the ex-boyfriend would wonder why she's holding on to such an old message. But he's your ex, so who gives a damn what he thinks.

Well either she still has it because she just hasn't got round to deleting it (perhaps it was a recent break-up) or maybe she kept it because it is a good memory of a happy time.

It's ok I'm sure you don't see him that much. he is just going to get a bit cocky and talk about how you are still in love with him. Besides if you didn't you would have erased all the messages sent and received from him.

Maybe this is a sign. Either you're pretending to be an idiot, forcing people to kill themselves, leaving the world at your fingertips, or you're actually an idiot. I'm going with option number 2.

Might as well skeez up a little break-up sex. When life hands you lemons...

Since when is life in the habit of arbitrarily distributing citrus fruit?

You wonder, "Hey! Where did life get these? And I wonder if they're poisoned?" And when life gives you melons, you might be dyslexic.

when life gives you lemons.. get a box of corona

well ydi for not deleting the messages when you broke up. or at least not cleaning up ur outbox every once in a while

sounds like someone can't let go of the past

No problem. Anytime, chuckles!

What is everybody's damage? Who the hell deletes their texting history? Why should the OP have to do that as nobody expects somebody to somehow resend your stuff. FHL indeed.
