Are they really comparable? I mean, it seems to me like they'd be two totally different types of pain. It also depends on how you look at it, you have the option of pain meds for birth, you don't get that for getting kicked in the balls. My friend said her labor didn't really hurt once she got her epidural, and she was induced and in labor for 13 hours, she only had to push for 15minutes though. So I'm going to go with that it's all circumstantial.

Depends. A man can get kicked in the balls numorous times while a female gives child birth , numbers change depending on the woman , but neither sex will feel the others pain so just call I'd a draw

Giving birth hurts more, as a. It's been clinically proven to be equivalent to the pain of breaking 20 bones at once. b. It's inevitable, and a part of nature A kick in the balls is pain you could go your whole lifetime without if you're careful, or more often, if you don't be such an ass. Childbirth is natural pain you can't avoid, and it's gone through to start a family. Seriously, how can you even compare this?
