I think the comments on this one should be shut down.
well i guess its good that you found out the reason now you can get rid of your acne
epic win # 283!!!!
Non-fermented soy isn't a health food anyway and is actually very BAD for you. This includes: Tofu, flour, soy milk and quite a few other products. Drink raw (non-pasteurized) milk and eat meat from local farms that you buy directly from and can trust. The benefits from doing this is amazing. And try studying food before you dive into believing media hypes.
#139 learn to take a ******* joke. by doing the :p i was clearly being silly. And anyways your little throw up episodes with meat is probably just psychological. You have it in your head i bet that meat is gross slaughtered animals blahblah. This is a totally different subject but the sight of poop used to make me pretty much throw up in my mouth. Until i started working at the dog kennel i sucked it up and now i could touch it with my hands if i wanted to. This is is just an example.
#295 / Polionixon: Not necessarily. If you decide to be a vegetarian, after a while your body stops producing some of the enzymes you need to properly digest meat. The same goes for some of the probiotics that serve the same purpose. If you have gone without meat for a long time, it is... unwise... to suddenly jump right back into it. The REASON you went without meat is irrelevant. The physiological impact is real. I can easily see someone having severe GI issues from eating meat after having none for a long period. This is assuming there is not an allergy issue as well. If not, then it is as you say. After a while, eating small amounts of meat - preferably with some probiotics to ease the transition - will restore your ability to deal with it physically. Psychologically? That's a different matter. But assuming that you are persistent and don't rush things, you'd get over it and be able to eat meat again. Abrupt changes of any kind are hard on a person.
Time for a steak mate.

HA! soy sorry
People, seriously, shut the hell up on hating vegetarians. It's a personal choice, and if they're not pushing it on you, then you have no right to be pushing them to eat meat. There are entire countries with the majority of it's people being vegetarian. Do you hate on them? And I really doubt some of you are !00% carnivores. You can't survive on just meat, just so you know. There are other things you can eat besides soy products, and there are other alternatives. Also, you guys aren't being witty or funny with your comments saying, "Oh too bad, just go eat a steak and get over it." You're just sounding like an idiot.
