Today, I had a job interview. Everything was going well until I noticed a picture of a dog hanging on the wall, which reminded me of the ending of Marley and Me. I started crying and had to be escorted out. FML

Words cannot express how completely undatable you sound.

He could have been auditioning for the part of a more manly Edward Cullen. If so, he nailed it.

did he have a "I need to take a shit" expression on his face?

Op, a picture of a random dog makes you bawl your eyes out because it reminded you of a movie? How on earth do you function in public at all?? There are dogs everywhere, nevermind how any car could remind you that someone once Hit a dog and killed? :p If you're that sensitive, I do not envy your life at all, Op. ;p

Well I could understand if you were a woman PMSing but considering that you are a man... I think that you might want to check if you're not depressed...

It's okay if a woman cries at something but a man? Oh no, that's totally unacceptable. Sexism does work both ways.

She said a woman "who's PMSing" thats not sexism.

74- I daresay you've missed the point, good sirrah.

#48, 96 no you have missed the point lol. It is more excusable for a woman who is PMS-ing to be uncontrollably emotional than a woman who is not PMS-ing or a man who... is not PMS-ing... I get PMS and I notice I am not my normal self at all, I get much crankier and am much more easily upset by little things - something I would normally never do. That's not sexism, that's just hormones.

Oh wow there's so many ways to make fun of you I don't know where to start. Looking forward to the lonely girls telling OP he sounds really sweet and sensitive and they like boys who can cry. FML dating ftw.

Well I don't understand how just thinking of the movie would make you emotional but it could've been the nerves playing on you at the same time. I hope you get it under control.

well I cried watching duck dynasty.. but I also had just given birth to my son. I am also a woman soooo.......

Ok pretty sure this is a girl cause girls think like this!!!

I'm pretty sure it's a guy.. Probably because they've added their gender to the post.. Just saying.

Sparkling vampires are feminine but crying tops that.

I've had dogs my whole life and I thought "Marley & Me" was going to get to me, but by the end of that movie, I hated that ******* dog so much I practically cheered when he croaked. I also hated Owen Wilson's character for being such a shit dog owner that allowed Marley to be such a terror. Now, if you can keep it together through "Old Yeller," you are an empty shell.

Not to mention "where the red fern grows". Oh god, too many feels ;-;

#56, and don't get me going with "Topics in C Programming: Multiple Indirection" That part where he has to free the dynamically-allocated multi-dimensional array at the very end just tears me up every time!

I just read the plot of Marley and Me. As far as I can tell, that dog had no redeeming qualities whatsoever

It did have a lovely long tongue... :)

Not crying over a movie doesn't mean shit. Some people just don't get that sucked into a movie. That said, I've never seen Marley

he took your man card and a future job from you..
