Somehow I doubt you have celiac's disease. Because people with it, doesn't claim "I am Celiac". They'll say "I have celiac's disease". SO .... YDI because you're probably one of those "urmahgud gluten yuck" trend-following-douchenozzles
Wow, big reveal there, Sherlock.
Hmm. My younger brother supposedly had celiac. We were told any gluten would kill him. Turns out he didn't have it. If thats true wouldn't you be dead?
People can have different levels of allergies. For example, when I am stung by a bee, the area swells up and I might feel a little ill. When my mother is stung, she goes into anaphylactic shock where her throat swells up and she cannot breath and could die. So just because the suspected your brother to have it and said he would die doesn't mean that will be the case for everyone who has the same disease. A lot of people just get severely ill for a while.
It takes 6 weeks to leave your system? Wow.
Well that explains why the pizza was lovely.

Since you have a medical condition, and were lied to, you can do the greatest thing available to adult Americans: Sue them.
I am not normally the one to scream "sue", but in this case it is warranted. If you are ill because of their negligence, they should be liable for medical costs, lost wages, pain and suffering, etc. What is to keep them from lying about something like peanuts and causing someone's death?
