Today, I had a plan. I was going to get up early, eat a well balanced breakfast, put on my workout clothes and enjoy this beautiful day with a fulfilling jog. Instead, I put on my workout clothes, spent hours on social media, ate a pizza, and ended up falling asleep on my couch. FML

Aim small to start with. If you make goals like that that are so different to what you normally do, you will prob fail. Start with the healthy breakfast and then lead the rest of your day as you would normally and tomorrow you can change another thing. We are creatures of habit which is hard to break. So start slowly I would say, change one thing and don't beat yourself up if you fail. You can restart your day any time you want - just close your eyes, breath, new start.

Lol its ok OP. You are human after all and absolutely none of us are perfect. Yes, even the jerks on here giving you shit are flawed. WHO KNEW? ;) Tomorrow is another day. Try again.

You missed your planned start time, but you can still get out there :D
