What the hell is wrong with you?! You ruined that person's presentation! You sick selfish freak, you better apologize to that person asap. YDI.
Talk to your teachers about your panic attacks and let them know at times you may need to step out quickly. I'm a teacher and have had students who get them. We just had signs or they came up and told me. I handle it quietly and discretely so the kid isn't embarrassed. It is what it is.
You're the kind of teacher that every teacher needs to be like. Some have never heard of these things and don't know how to deal with it or may even yell at students for causing a scene. Thank you for being educated on this topic and providing the best care for your students during traumatic moments. You deserve a teacher of the year award!
I'm so sorry this happened to you OP. I know this may not work for you, but I would try therapy. When I had a panic attack during a mission trip for my church (I was inside of a football field of 30,000 kids) my mom decided it was time for me to try therapy and it has helped me so much (I haven't had a panic attack since!). If you haven't tried it already, I'd talk to someone on giving it a go. If that doesn't work, you could also try medication. Other than that, I can only offer my apologies that that happened to you. Hopefully you can find some way to help manage your anxiety. :)
I'm sorry, OP. I get them too, and they can be scary. Try talking to your school counselor, or maybe join a support group within your school. Meditation helps me a lot. And don't worry, panic attacks are fairly common. The people in your class were probably just thinking, "Wow, I hope they're okay".
ohh... thts nt gud...?

You should see a doctor they can help you control that.
you're okay. it happens. I'll bet at least one other person in that class has panic attacks too. and there there's probably a couple more who have friends who get them.
