And hey there PA ppl, yea we never St snow this early :P my works power almost wet out like 3 times, lights kept flickering and things would shut off for a few moments :P

I feel for you OP. If the area wasn't expecting this much snow it can become hazardous to drive, especially if the salt trucks haven't made it out. Since leaves are still on the trees the trees can fall and bring down powerlines and cover roadways. Other people may not want to travel in the weather. To those that are from states that get lots of snow: congratulations. Other states do not have the resources to deal with large amounts of snow this early in the season.
Too bad you're not Canadian, because then it wouldn't be a problem, outdoors or indoors.
Oh boo hoo. Try living in Calgary, Alberta. We still go out in -40 Celsius.
