Today, I had to do community service work, so I helped out at a senior center. One of the confused elderly patients, who believed the Cold War was still on, thought I was a Soviet and started screaming about how I was going to nuke his country. FML

Ur a terrible ****** person. U know he prolly has dimentia or something related to it (ya ik its spelled wrong idc im from maine) and he doesnt know. By saying **** your life ur basically saying **** the guy who lived in an era of fear even though he couldnt control that or his disease

and I always think I've had a bad day at work...

Too bad there was no actual fighting during the cold war. Perhaps you could propaganda him to death instead.

Aww, that sucks. I work in a retirement home and I love it, but the dementia residents can really scare you.

Why'd you have to do community service OP?

Oh yes, I've known some old people like this. I knew one who threw rocks at me, shouting "The Japs are coming!", thinking I was a Japanese soldier who was invading. How he could have mistaken me for a Japanese soldier I have no idea. I'm not even Asian.

It's I good thing they didn't blow your cover. I've heard that Guantanamo Bay is not the best "vacation" spot.
