That's a clear sign your neurons are comiting suicide ... D: Been there :(
Normally I have sympathy in cases like this, but this is taking stupidity way too far. How can an engineer not know the area of a circle? How did you get past middle school math, high school math, high school physics, university physics, and calculus without having the formula drilled into your head? Also, how did you not know that to find the area of a circle, you just integrate 2*pi*r*dr from 0 to R, which gives you pi*R^2?
They just forgot. It happens sometimes, especially if you don't use that formula for a long time.
So you forgot something, it happens when you stuff all that other shit in your brain. I'm mathematically challenged myself. Thankfully I have the calculator on phone lol
Easy way to remember it: Cherry pies delicous, apple pies are too! C=pi d A=pi r2
Maybe you should find a new major
I'm studying to be an engineer, and most of my fellow students (myself included) need to google stuff like that. Maybe it just means you're smart, like not knowing left and right!
Must go to Mizzou.
Keywords
Pi(r)^2
To smart for the basic stuff!
