Today, I had to make up a story about my "friends" at school so my mom doesn't keep telling I'm a loser. FML

Today I opened a package of fruit snacks and instead of getting the normal eight or nine, twenty fruit snacks filled the bag. Thank you fruit snack company for that. MLIA

Maybe it's just because you keep using the transitive forms of verbs without direct objects. I'm telling your mom about that. ~_~

FYL for having a mom that calls her own child a loser. #3: It's not that easy for everyone to make friends. Please remove your head from your ass and understand that everyone is different. Some people have a very hard time making friends for many reasons. When I was younger, it was because of trust issues based on poor socialization as a child. Things like this have an impact on your life. Read a book about socialization and families. If the guy has a mom that refers to her own child as a loser, what kind of nuturing life do you think she provided? (obviously just an assumption and an option, not saying this is how it is or that she's a bad mom) Geez, read any book about how we socialize and where those 'friend making' skills coms from. And #14, I understand about the options not being so good. You don't always have to be someone's buddy to know they're not the right option for you. There's girls in my class that love shopping, giggling, drinking every weekend, and barely show up to classes. Based on their attitudes and behaviour, we would not be good friend matches. I hate everything they do, including the giggling. I'm sure they're great people, but that doesn't mean we can be friends.

Your mom sucks for saying that. But friends make life easier and more enjoyable. Being alone, doing everything on your own...That's a hard way to go.

Not necessarily, people differ I for one have a lot of friends but I really enjoy being alone as well. Some people just like the solitude, not because they are shy or unsocial but it's just something they prefer. I can enjoy both sides.

Agreed. I have friends, but I prefer not hanging out with them that often. I need my space -- I can see them at school.

"so my mom doesn't keep telling i'm a loser" does anyone notice something? so my mom doesnt keep telling ME i'm a loser sorry that was bugging me

and all those people who keep saying "he", the op is a woman unless the description under her profile is lying

Tell your mom to f*ck off b*tch. Dunno how easy it is for a girl to tell off your own mother but for guys its easy. If you don't want her meddling in and criticising your personal life, tell 'em to just f*ck off.

wow. I don't even know her, but I don't like your mom...

"no_heart" made me laugh and drop my iPod xD tool alert alert? xD

Sounds like my parents. I had no friends in high school because I wasn't into sex, drugs, ditching school, stealing, joyriding, making myself look like a *****, shopping with Daddy's credit card, or shooting people in the dark with BB guns. My parents said it was my fault for not having friends. Makes me wonder if being a good kid was the right choice. (I was the computer nerd who draws comics in her spare time. Still am.)
