If it's a legitimate stalker, and not just someone you don't like and are trying to avoid then you should definitely file a no contact order against them. Kinda tough to do your job and live your life if you're spending all your time hiding from this person.

You need to contact your HR manager, or at the very least OSHA, or the labor board. If you have a stalker, your manager needs to take it DAMN seriously, because if you get hurt that way at work, that's a MAJOR insurance liability for them. First, explain this to your manager. Make sure you report this person to the police. Tell your manager the case number the police gave you. If he/she STILL ignores this, go over his/her head to the store or district manager, or HR. Corporate does NOT take kindly to ignoring illegal behavior in their stores--especially if you have a restraining order. Of course, you MUST watch out for your own personal safety at home first. If you get a restraining order, maybe stay with friends or family for a couple of days. Don't blow this off.

Your manager should have understood if you told them that the customer has been stalking you. He/She shouldn't have taken the money and done it out of professionalism and compassion.

Report him to his boss.it is his job to protect his employees.....it's his FIRST job.
