He should have made up a better story...I mean telling a doctor about his sex life I think he has heard much too often...maybe some story that he saved your life or something like that?

This one made me chuckle. OP, I know you're embarrassed, but at least your boyfriend enjoys sex with you so much that he'll happily tell the doctor in the ER about it. ER doctors have heard it all, so he/she probably didn't think anything of it - or if they did, they'd look at you as the girl who's so great that her boyfriend it chatting happily about super-orgasms while he's in the ER. I don't think any guy would consider this a situation you should feel ashamed of.

Today, a patient came in the ER with a rather large laceration in his arm from sex with his girlfriend, who also came with him. I have been working overtime for two months, leaving me with no time for a date. This part of my job. FML.

So there was a little accident during it, at least it wasn't the typical "accident" that gets associated with sex. He basically told a stranger it was the best, take the compliment and start laughing about the incident. You will be in the future anyway...
