Today, I have to defend my client in court. The defense that my client wants me to use is, "It's not a robbery if you have swag" and then goes on saying, "The judge is bound to let me go after he sees my swag." FML

I say let him try it. He'll see how far his swag will take him. Life lessons.

McDonalds is now accepting graduates from Swag University. Maybe he'll get in.

Pretty sure it's the clients life that is f'ck'd and a few other parts of him too.

I am so tired of hearing the word swag! It's lame!

I hope you're not a public defender and that you get paid upfront.

Swag is one of those words that just needs to get wiped out of existence. Also on that list- yolo, bling, ratchet, cray and other slang words that butcher the English language.

I would like to add crunk to the list. Luckily, I don't have to hear it too often anymore, but it drives me insane when I do.

Ugh, I ******* HATE "ratchet". It's even more annoying than #SWAG and #YOLO, and that's saying something.

This is not the FML. The FML finishes with :And the judge let him go.

You should appear in court and add the charge of dumbassery (it's a word cause I say so.) and just go out of your way NOT to defend them.

I thought swag meant stolen goods. So yeah, feel free to boast to the judge about all your swag!

Sounds like the client was drugged when he said that, and if he wasn't, then he should be.
