Definitely school systems. My use of language comes from my school and kids are getting stupider and less self-responsible nowadays.

The OP's username fits. Where would the kids learn that? At home, at school or from media. Watch what you say at home, make sure they are going to a decent school and monitor what they see on TV and movies.

Wow, if you're not using strong language in front of your kids, then I definitely blame the school. You should set your kids straight! I would've been slapped as kid if I used that language at home.
