Just so you are aware OP, you put yourself onto a crash diet your body will not respond. It goes into a starvation preparation mode, assuming that you won't eat again for a while so it stores fat for as long as possible. Exercise and a healthy diet is how to lose weight.
I have heard this too. thats why you go online and find out how many calories you should consume. start with 1500-1600 or do weight watchers points. a woman I know lost 80 lbs. my moms goal was 20, she wasn't over weight just had some lbs she wanted to shread and did that with weight watchers. and counting calories works for my aunt, she lost 30. they are both about the same, one is less complicated.
yes dieting alone doesnt do shit, you have to exercise regulary as well. I suggest swiming
Well obviously fuckingly!!
It's going to take more than one day to lose weight. Output is greater than intake then weight loss is achieved, buffet dinners do not help the process.
it doesn't matter how long you workout. a long slow paced workout is a waste of your time. hit the weights hard and fast. second, calories don't matter. what your eating matters.
Actually depends if you are looking for muscle mass, cardio, or endurance.
OP is looking to lose weight so I'm assuming she's doing cardio because that's just what people tend to do. more calories will be burned over a linger period if time at lower intensity. Even if OP is doing weights it's kind of the same concept. She'll want to build lean muscle mass and not bulk up so more reps at a lower weight is better
25, the only waste of time was me reading your dumbass comment. Working out at a slow pace for a while is definitely worth it. You may not get the results you want but you're still burning calories. And, yes, calories do matter. You don't want to take too many in, or take too little in.
Yet building muscle means constantly burning away at your fat even when you aren't working out, there are too many opinions on this, surely only one can be right?

How long have you been on your new diet/workout plan? Have you been keeping track of your measurements? You do know new muscle weighs more than lost fat, right? and if you weighed yourself the same day as your buffet, the added weight is just food in your intestines. Why do people always associate successful health plans with numbers on a scale?
How long have you been dieting? If you really haven't lost any weight perhaps you should see a doctor.
