I know this isn't an advice board but I recommend you ask your doctor or some sort of professional what you can do because if you truly believe you worked hard enough to lose weight and still didn't, it could be a medical condition or maybe you're just doing the wrong types of workouts and diets.
OP, you kinda deserve it for thinking simply starving yourself and exercising will make you lose weight...
cheers to and me and to our shitty bodies!
A. How long did you try the diet? B. Did you do any cardio? C. Don't focus on weight. You probably gained some muscle in the process. D. Keep it up!
147, mine says 27. Not sure what's going on here... : S
if "working out" doesn't include a dedicated cardio program then you are missing the most effective part of a weight loss program. also, switch up your exercises. doing the same exercises with the same weight for the same number of sets will cause you to reach a point of plateau very quickly. Do the cardio, watch your calorie and fat intake. increase your protein intake and switch up your exercise routine. stick with it for a solid 14 days, no cheating. check your weight first thing in the morning, and measure yourself (waist, chest, legs, arms, etc) and get your body fat measured. you may be getting more results than just the ones you can see.
Try counting carbohydrates instead of calories, also cutting your daily calories in half is not really a good idea either.

How long have you been on your new diet/workout plan? Have you been keeping track of your measurements? You do know new muscle weighs more than lost fat, right? and if you weighed yourself the same day as your buffet, the added weight is just food in your intestines. Why do people always associate successful health plans with numbers on a scale?
How long have you been dieting? If you really haven't lost any weight perhaps you should see a doctor.
