it also means i'm exited
Well, I can at least confirm it doesn't mean the same thing in every language. In Spanish the word is used almost exclusively to indicate sexual arousement.
dude i speak french and it can mean im excited. maybe they didnt get it. did they tell you about it or you just discovered by yourself?
Loool... I had the same conversation with an american friend and another friend from Paris... I am from Marseille and for me it doesn't necessarily mean "I am horny" but for my friend from Paris yes... maybe it depends a little bit where you are in France. For me it means "I am horny", "I am excited" or "I am long to/impatient" and finally "agitated" (for kids..."arrete de t'exciter!!!" or "Il est excité c'est pas possible!")... #132 you're right I am living in Italy right now and It rocks! ;)
Haha, this is hilarious! Nothing FML about this really. It's a little embarassing, but you're not a native speaker and they know and don't blame you. It's just funny so take it easy. :)
nerdking21, wow I did not realize that Algeria has taken the role right behind Hait in French accomplishments with former territories and colonies... thanks for pointing that out. As far as the internal fighting... remember when the country was on fire from looters and the likes for a whole month... really a month.. Military strength is not the concern, stability is as well as protecting its citizens, how did France whether with za germans running the place again? marie_gal98 how can u argue with retarded people if they wont even realize your right... let try, well marie, it seems to me that you are missing some chapters in history, lets fill them in.. you would think you would get the obvious one of the war of independence, but after that lets think 1812, our "assisstance" with the independence of Panama, Grenada to name a few. But of course you have had soo much leftist hot air shot up your ass you wouldnt think to open a book and check for yourself. --An argument you may have is that those were not wars, well you would be right, there was no official decleration from the senate.. but then again your examples would not count as a loss either. Sanwi I agree with you on health care but guantanimo not so much, these people do not have the same protections as lets say a French legionare, the protections from the geneva convention only cover uniformed combatants, otherwise at best they would be classiffied as spies and well countries have the right to hang those people. Besides, the debos in lock up there are getting better treatment than most people around the world. We should probably take a page from your history book on how to run a prison. conclusion, I do not have a problem with the individual, just the country, it has single-handedly distroyed the purpose of the UN
I did not mean that the occupation of Haiti is less important than the occupation of Algeria. My grandmother was born in Algeria during the French colonization, therefore I know more of it than Haiti. Also, I know that the revolution was chaos, because Mémé can not stand any banging noises cause it reminds her of it. Also, France has not thumbed their noses at the UN, it was us. Any member of the UN is not allowed to invade another country without permission from the UN. We never had permission to invade Iraq. Just thought I help fill in the blanks.
its "J'ai exite" i think
Hahaha, my french teacher told us to be careful with that. But it's okay because she told her host family in mexico that she was pregnant. (she thought she was saying embarrased )

Don't worry... I'm a native French speaker, and "je suis excité" isn't that bad and can be used with non-sexual things as well
Hahaha, they must think you have some great fun ;D
