If the people on Yahoo Answers are able to help you with your coursework, then by logic they're not morons after all. They're smart enough to understand your studies, if nothing else.

Ever think that maybe the problem is with you and not with the professors? Is everyone else in your classes clueless as well? Perhaps the professors are assuming you have a certain level of knowledge and have read the assigned books.You're in med school now, professors aren't going to spoon feed you anymore. The "morons" on Yahoo answers are clearly smarter than you and are able to explain it in such a way that even you can understand. It begs the question - how did these people figure it out and you can't? I'd be surprised if they all went to med school. You're in med school, it's time to take personal responsibility. Just because you're in med school, you shouldn't look down people. Especially those on Yahoo answers that are clearly smarter or work harder than you.

There are tuition repayment options in certain hospitals. If you agree to work in a certain hospital or rural area for the deemed amount of years they say, the hospital will pay ALL of your medical school tuition. You need to look into it.
