yeah my name isn't uncommon, but i've never met someone with the same spelling... which affects people pronouncation >_< also I'm named after a season... just to top it off... hippy parents sigh people need to think more carefully before nameing their children.

I have a crazy common name, but ne'er met anyone with it spelled the same (britany), which really sucks cuz no one EVER gets it right... my daughter is named cadence. unique, but not crazy or hard to pronounce or anything. I refused to name my children something that would make them one of 10 in their class like I was! only problem is people try to make it kaydance or something weird...so I guess she'll still have to deal with people never knowing how to spell it :/

don't worry me too.. there are three girls in my year with the same name as me...ive learnt to kind of block it out and just listen for when it's one of my friends calling me:)
