Today, I met this really nice guy at the mall and he gave me his number. Later that night, I texted him. We got on the subject of food, and I started talking about how much I love veal. He responded with saying I was supporting animal murder, that I should go to hell and lose his number. FML

I kind of agree with him in a way. I eat meat but you should look up what veal is. I don't agree with it and i won't be around anyone eating it. I don't blame him for getting away right away. Something is against their beliefs and they have no attachment to you as you met them in the mall, and you were text conversationing.

I'm NOT a vegetarian, but half the comments in this one seem to be from people who have the intelligence of the cows they eat. Funny how current societal norms have most people freaking out at anyone who makes the slightest discriminatory comment relating to race or sexual orientation, but those same people will spew juvenile insults ("get that sand out of your ******") whenever an issue comes up that does not have popular acceptance. No doubt those are the same people who rant about how they'd like to kill all "emo" people.

#31- thou hath angered me. it is actually impossible to give a logical explanation of why it is unethical to eat some animals and perfectly acceptable to eat others. do you know what speciesism is? and PETA are certainly not the worst group. it's sometimes criticised by the more extreme groups for being too soft! #22- *likes*- username (peter singer is one contemporary philosopher who is against speciesism) and comment :) hahaha. i'm not funny. seriously though... most of you are speciesist bastards.
