#22: We do. Trust me. We do. You should really be careful, hurry up and get that sand out of your ******.
Damn, would've been funnier if you two went for lunch and ordered that! Such a loser, his loss!
It's not that she eats meat that necessarily made him angry, it's that she eats VEAL. It's very controversial, even if you aren't a vegetarian. In order to keep the meat soft, baby cows (from birth to 10 months old when they are then slaughtered) are kept isolated and penned in so that they CANNOT move at all. They are taken away from their mother and other cows and they often suffer various ailments from being confined, even in the cleanest of conditions, not to mention the extreme discomfort of NOT being able to move. (This is the case in the US, but it's a little better in the UK.) That all being said, he could have approached the discussion a little more smoothly, rather than just calling her names. He should have explained why he's against eating veal, so that he could potentially convince her of his p.o.v. Instead, he just came of like a lunatic.
Txt him and tell him "For every animal you don't eat I'm going to eat three."
thankfully it would seem i'm not the only person to agree with him (though there don't seem to be many more than a couple of us). i don't speak out much agianst people eating meat because i'm not one for preaching my lifestyle upon others, which isn't what i'm doing at all. i'm okay that people decide to eat meat, but when it's a baby animal who hasn't even had the chance to live let alone really walk (because veal apparently is better when it's tender thus limiting mobility is implemented) THAT'S when i have a problem. in essense you're trading a small tasty meal for a baby's life... i still don't see how people can actually do that without having moral and ethical conflicts. so again, i agree with him and actually give him kudos for being against people eating calves and other infantile animals. sadly i must admit that most people don't even know that veal (as well as baby back ribs) actually come from baby animals :(
pussy. gtfo.
people eat it cause it's good!
It's called the food chain, part of nature. Plus it's nice food. But I do see the sad side to it.
My dad used to going to farms to choose animals live to have slaughtered. (It's an african thing: you can check for diseases etc). One time when he was there he saw this adorable baby cow that they where taking to slaughter and almost chewed the person out. The person rebutted by explaining that cute as hell baby cow was how a different family was gonna get veal. He hasn't eaten it since.
#5, you win. 'Nuff said. :D When can I join?
#25, #28, you have a case of Vaginitis, too? You should really get that taken care of.

Well, I mean, it's not the most politically correct meat on the planet. It seems he may be a vegetarian. You should probably lose his number anyway. I mean, you met him at the mall.
Wow, well if hes going to be like that for not being vegan, not worth your time. I'm vegetarian myself but I realize it's not for everyone.
