Today, I noticed a car following me all the way to my house. It was dark so I got really nervous and called the police. The person got out of the car. It was my mom. FML

I don't get why people are saying she deserved it. Maybe calling the cops was a little too much but I guess it's understandable. You can never be too careful these days.

ehh, it's understandable to be a bit concerned that a car is following you.... but you really didn't recognize it? I know it was dark, but still.

that's why you pass your neighborhood and drive around the block a couple times to see if they're following you, and if they do, THEN you call the police. If you pass your neighborhood but they still turn there, chances are it's just one of your neighbors :P

I would totally do that hahaha. I'm that paranoid.

really I've been there before. not to the point of calling the police but when your being followed you get a little freaked out

this isnt FML worthy but you probably did the right thing

You didn't recognize the license plate, or even the color/make/model of the car? It's dark, but I'm guessing she had headlights on, right? Hahaha... well, it's better safe than sorry I suppose. But really, that was recognition fail.

how would she see the license plate? the car was behind her, plates are on the back.

Boredworker thinks that is an uber fail DYDI (def you deserve it)...

this is an fml??????? wouldnt you recognize your own mother in the car if you were noticing the car was following you? i'm giving you the benifit of the doubt on the vehicle though because she could of been in a diffrent one than you are used to. YDI

YDI, you went a little to far, I mean I could tell even in the dark if it was my mom behind me..

how? the lights were probably too bright to make out the shape of the car behind the lights.

You've been watching too much TV, kid.
