kick his ass out! he's an adult and you have no legal obligations to keep him in your house. take him to court if you have to if he needs a better reason than just " I don't want you here any more." also, if he doesn't have a job, where's he getting the money for his games? if it's you, cut him off! don't support him like that if you want him gone!

322, in some states it is required by law to serve an eviction notice to someone staying in your home whether they're paying rent or not. in some areas, for instance, if you let someone stay in your home for even a week, you must give them sufficient notice before evicting them. while some states require only a week or two notice, most have a 30 day law. of course, you would have to check the specific tennant laws in your own state/county/territory to find which law applies.
