If you want an option you don't feel embarrassed about ordering, the southwest salad is pretty good, and you can get extra chicken to make it even more filling. If not, to hell with what they think! You're the only one living in your body, you're the one dealing with the consequences of how good or bad you treat your body. Nobody else matters that much, certainly not a total stranger!
As someone who used to work in food, we don't care. You don't need to pretend to order things. If you want two burgers, buy two burgers.
I can assure you that 8/10 fast food workers could care less about what you order or who its for. Unless its a super big order or not the ordinary order.
You shouldn't be embarrassed, OP. Everytime I go to McDonald's, I order a Mcdouble, a Hot&Spicy, a large fry and a drink. I had worked almost 2 years at a burger king, no one is judging you as you order your food. there are so many people who come through. all they're worried about is getting the food out to the correct customers. so don't stress it, love!
Two double cheeseburgers isn't even that much from McDonalds lol, I'm small af and I could eat them by myself.
stop doing shit like that nobody cares if you eat two double cheeseburgers it's 50 calories anyway
I work at a fast food place, and I can honestly say that the workers don't care about what you order...
I usually get two separate orders so they'll think I'm ordering for someone else too

I'm usually more embarrassed about admitting that I ate at McDonald's than I am about what I order.
Two double cheeseburger isn't that much for two people. Specially from McDonald's.
