Today, I overheard my mum tell my sister that she should make me a bridesmaid at her wedding. My sister scoffed, "She looks like Shamu, mum. I can't have THAT in my wedding pics." followed by laughter and my mum saying, "Touché." FML

Today, I’m supposed to be a bridesmaid at my sister's wedding, but she doesn’t want me in the photos because I’m over a foot taller than her and the other bridesmaids, and it will look silly in the photos. I told her I won’t even bother attending, and mom actually took her side. FML

Today, my sister backed out of my wedding because it was becoming too much about me. After I begged her to reconsider, I had no choice but to pick a new bridesmaid. When my new bridesmaid posted on Facebook how excited she was, my sister commented, "See, you made HER feel special." FML

Order a Shamu mug or hat from Sea World, wrap up said gift, then have someone bring it to the bridal shower or the wedding. Don't go to whichever event you send the gift, so she can wonder why you aren't there and why she's an awful person.

I am sorry your sister is so shallow she doesn't want her Sister, flesh and blood to stand up for her on such an important day. Trust me, it's hard enough being a bridesmaid with a regular, non-mega bitch bride, you don't want to be too closely involved in the planning of this.
